Can I apply for a UK visa from inside the UK?+
Some routes allow extensions or switching in the UK and others do not. Use the general route guide and follow its GOV.UK link. For an answer about your circumstances, use an IAA-regulated adviser.
What documents are needed for a UK visa?+
Every route has core and case-specific evidence. The site provides GOV.UK-linked preparation checklists for Standard Visitor, Student, Skilled Worker, Family and EU Settlement Scheme applications.
Can a parent apply under the EU Settlement Scheme?+
The site provides general EUSS information and links to the official scheme and family-permit pages. It does not decide whether an individual parent qualifies.
Does the information finder assess eligibility?+
No. It only opens general information selected by topic and location. It does not consider personal circumstances or recommend an immigration route.
What is included in a technical application assistance session?+
During the £50 session, the applicant remains present and in control. KR Services can help navigate the official website, explain what form fields are asking and enter information exactly as the applicant provides it. The applicant chooses the route and documents, checks every answer and personally submits the application. We do not assess eligibility, decide whether evidence meets an immigration requirement, recommend answers or evidence, or act as a representative.
