Who is responsible

KR Services operates GetYourVisa and is responsible for deciding how booking and enquiry information is used. Privacy enquiries can be sent to info@getyourvisa.co.uk.

Information we collect

• Name, email address and telephone number supplied through the booking form.
• Preferred session date, time and time zone.
• The description entered in the booking form.
• Payment reference and whether payment has been confirmed.
• If optional cookies are accepted: approximate location, device and browser information, page path, visit and interaction information, advertising click identifiers and campaign-attribution information.

Our own analytics records do not store a full IP address, name or email. Please do not submit passports, bank details, immigration histories, refusal letters or application evidence.

Analytics and Google Ads

The site uses its own consent-based analytics and Google tag AW-18398520628 for Google Ads measurement. Google Consent Mode defaults advertising storage, analytics storage, advertising user data and personalised advertising to denied. If a visitor accepts optional cookies, these settings are updated to granted so visits and advertising performance can be measured. Rejecting optional cookies keeps those storage permissions denied.

You can reopen “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the website to change your choice. The new choice applies from that point onwards; it cannot remove information already processed before consent was withdrawn.

Why we use it

Booking information is used to respond to requests, arrange sessions, administer payment, keep appropriate business records, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. Optional analytics and advertising measurement are used after consent to understand visits, engagement and whether advertising leads people to useful pages. Depending on the activity, the lawful basis may be consent, steps taken before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligation or legitimate interests.

Who receives it

Information may be processed by the website-hosting provider, database service, email-delivery provider, payment provider and, where optional consent is granted, Google for advertising measurement and analytics-related processing. It may also be disclosed when required by law. KR Services does not sell booking information.

Reviews

When you submit a review, we collect your chosen display name, private email address, service, visa category, rating, review text and publishing consent. Reviews remain private until approved. Approved reviews display only the chosen name, service, visa category, rating and review text. You may ask us to remove a published review by emailing info@getyourvisa.co.uk.

Retention and security

Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for bookings, customer support, review moderation, accounting, disputes, security and legal duties. Access to the private booking manager is restricted. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict use of your information, object to certain processing and complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Contact KR Services first so the request can be identified and handled.
